Raised Without Antibiotics

For a minimum of 300 days before processing, Vintage Natural Beef cattle are not allowed to receive antibiotics. To verify this, we regularly conduct audits and inspections.

Raised solely on a 100% vegetarian diet, Vintage cattle are never fed animal by-products of any kind. We’ve taken this premise to a stringent level and also regularly test the feed for pesticides with a zero tolerance policy.

This unique agricultural region in southeastern California boasts a climate with minimal year-round temperature changes.
