Raised Without Antibiotics
For a minimum of 300 days before processing, Vintage Natural Beef cattle
are not allowed to receive antibiotics. To verify this, we regularly conduct
audits and inspections.
Humanely Raised and Handled
For generations, our rancher-families have worked the land and respected the
livestock they handle. That’s why they make certain Vintage cattle grow naturally
in a clean, pure environment and receive gentle care in adherence to our strict
animal welfare requirements.
Our rigorous policies extend throughout all process phases and have been

100% Vegetarian Diet & No Pesticides
Raised solely on a 100% vegetarian diet, Vintage cattle are never fed animal
by-products of any kind. We’ve taken this premise to a stringent level and
also regularly test the feed for pesticides with a zero tolerance policy.

Grain-fed for Minimum 350 Days
Our one-of-a-kind feeding program is a key contributor to incomparable
taste and tenderness. For a minimum of 350 days, our cattle receive a
high-energy diet consisting of corn and whole grains. It’s a wholesome,
nutritious diet that our cattle thrive on.
Unique Eco-system
Vintage Natural Beef cattle are raised in the pure eco-system of the
Imperial Valley, an area known for its pure, clean air and pristine waters.
This unique agricultural region in southeastern California boasts a climate
with minimal year-round temperature changes. These conditions guarantee that
our cattle experience a low-stress environment, resulting in more tender and
flavorful beef.
